I am applying for the Lead Product Designer role at Meridian Bank. For nine years I have designed B2B SaaS and fintech products, and the way your team describes simplifying everyday banking is exactly the kind of problem I like to work on.

At Brightpay I led the redesign of account onboarding, cutting median sign-up time from 9 to 4 minutes and raising completion by 18%. I also built the design system that six product squads now use across iOS, Android and web, which taught me how to scale quality without slowing teams down.
