Getting started

Create your first resume

Pick a template, answer a few setup questions and start editing with a live preview.

Updated October 8, 2026

You can start right away in your browser. No account is needed to build and preview a resume.

  1. Open Templates and choose a design. You can change it later without losing anything you wrote.
  2. Fill in the basics: your name, job title and contact details. They go at the top of your resume.
  3. Tell us your target role and experience level, then choose how to start: from scratch or with sample content you replace.
  4. The editor opens. Write on the left, see the result on the right. Everything saves automatically.
Tip: Short on time? Use “Skip setup” and go straight to the editor. You can fill the same fields there.

What you see in the editor

  • Content: every section of your resume, in order, with a status for each one.
  • Preview: the real pages, exactly as they will be saved as PDF.
  • Design and AI Assistant: template, colors, fonts, spacing, and writing suggestions.
