Cancel a plan, receipts and refunds

Cancel the monthly plan

1. Open the receipt email Gumroad sent when you paid.
2. Choose “Manage membership” and cancel.
3. You keep clean downloads until the end of the month you paid for.

Three days before each renewal we email you the date, the price and a cancel link.

The 7-day and 3-month passes never renew, so there is nothing to cancel. We email you two days before a pass ends; buying another pass adds its days on top of the days you have left.

Receipts

Gumroad emails a receipt for every payment, including monthly renewals. Your plan and its end date are shown in Account settings → Plan & billing.

Refunds

You can try every feature and download a free PDF before you pay. If a paid download doesn’t work because of a problem on our side, email support@luxuryresume.com with the email you paid with, and we will fix it or refund you.
