PDF troubleshooting
Fix missing colors, extra headers, wrong paper size and mobile saving.

The print window shows a date or web address
Turn off “Headers and footers” in the print window’s settings.
Colors or backgrounds are missing
Turn on “Background graphics” in the print settings, then save again.
The layout looks squeezed or cut off
- Set Margins to “Default” or “None” in the print window and Scale to 100%.
- Check that the paper size in the print window matches the page size of your resume.
Saving on a phone
- iPhone and iPad: in the print view, use Share and then “Save to Files”.
- Android: choose “Save as PDF” as the printer.
Tip: Still stuck? Try another browser such as Chrome, Edge or Safari, and make sure it is up to date.
